How I Beat Depression Top Sante Magazine This is the story of Gillian Pearce's personal recovery from long-term depression as written by a professional journalist for a major UK glossy. The personal story is both poignant and inspirational. Gillian's website "creates something a little different - an alternative place of light, hope and inspiration." The remainder of the website offers services as a "life coach" for anyone suffering from depression. Seroxat Secrets Seroxat Secrets This UK blog is written to focus on the author's opinions and beliefs about the dangers of Seroxat/Paxil/Paroxetine and how difficult it can be for people to stop taking the medication, as well as impressions about how drug companies work. The blog is updated regularly and information is well-written and covers many recent stories and reports from the mental health world about this topic. Postpartum Progress Katherine Stone This blog is written by a mother who suffered postpartum obsessive compulsive disorder with the birth of her son in 2001. She is now an advocate for women with postpartum mood disorders, primarily through the blog which focuses on these illnesses, which include postpartum depression, postpartum OCD and postpartum psychosis. Her posts are well written and generally cover national news and resources regarding these disorders.
