This is an advanced professional position involving coordinating and supervising the operation of a component of a program within a Division of Mental Health Care, Inc. Work performed will primarily involve supervision of staff and limited involvement in budgeting and resource development, and community liaison. Work is performed under the supervision of a Program Manager or a Division Director and is reviewed through conferences and reports.

Bachelor¡¦s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; four human service/mental health experience. Master¡¦s degree can substitute for two years of related experience
„X Knowledge of direct services, clinical symptomatology including relevant DSM-IV diagnoses necessary. Working knowledge of administration/supervision/business management helpful.
„X Ability to read, writes, analyze, and interpret clinical records, procedures, or governmental regulations.
„X Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships required for proper functioning within the clinical role.
„X Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to, and respond to questions from consumers, service providers, family members, and the general public.
„X Capability of occasionally lifting and moving up to 10 pounds.
„X Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
„X Valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation are necessary.
Ability to be flexible as working hours may include evenings and weekends
